Boomers Trail Masters hike

Join us Tuesday, May 23rd for a hike along some of the areas most spectacular trails located in the Petit Jean State Park.  The drive to the park should take around 1 hr 20 min. (from either the East or West Gate)

We will meet in the lobby area of Mather Lodge at  9:30 am.  

Our first trail (Cedar Falls Trail) will be a bit challenging.  We will have to descend down a series of about 200 steps and then back up on our return.  The view of the falls should make it well worthwhile.

After about 2 hours of hiking we will return to the lodge.  For those who want to stay, we will have lunch in the lodge dining room.  If you prefer, you can bring a lunch and eat in one of the many picnic areas .  

After lunch you can decide if you want to return to the trails, explore the park, or call it a day.
